KABUKI PALACE

Mika : A performance?

Ishia : Yes yes.It would be held this Friday.So we have like few more days for practice.It was a sudden notice so Hiiro and Shinn rushed to the Kazuki Palace for the rehearsal.Im sorry for the sudden notice Mika

Mika : Oh no no .Not a problem at all.

Ishia : You can wait in Shinn’s room until they come back alright?I would be going to the kitchen for a while

Mika : Thank you Ishia-san (smiles)

Mika bowed to Ishia and went straight to Shinn’s room.She sat at the kotatsu and stare at the little fish bowl on the table.Suddenly her phone rang and it was Shinn.

Mika : Hello?

Shinn : Good Morning Mika!I am sorry that I didn’t get to tell you I rushed to the palace this morning and I forgot we we suppose to meet this morning.I would make up for my carelessness (laughing)

Mika : I would just kill you for this.

Shinn : (laughing) You are in my room?

Mika : Where else?

Shinn : I wont be coming back to the palace till the performance.But we will see if I can sneak out to see you anytime soon.

Mika : Don’t mind me Shinn.I wont die not seeing you for 3 days .

Shinn : (laughing) Are you sure

Mika : Im hanging up--

Shinn : Alright alright IM joking .You may not die.But I am already missing you now.

Mika : (smiles)

Shinn : I’ll call you again alright?

Mika: Go and practice Shinn.Dont forget your water.

Shinn : I have it here (laughing)

Mika : Im hanging up then.

Shinn : Take care

Mika ended the call and placed her phone on the table.She looked around before getting up to leave for home.

THE NEXT DAY

Haruna : He didn’t call?

Mika : He is one busy man now.Did Hiiro call?

Haruna : Like every 3 hours? (laughing)

Mika : He will pay for this.But nevermind.I have tons of things to do instead of waiting for his call.

Haruna : Shinn is dead by now…

Caroline : (looking at Haruna) He is literally dead..indeed.

Mika : I wont be missing since I have tons of things to do.Yes yes.

Haruna : Caroline,don’t you think the room is cold…colder…

Caroline : Definitely…

DOWNSTAIRS

Minami : Eh?Shin didn’t even call Mika?

Caroline : Not at all.What made him so busy till he cant even give Mika a call?Hiiro called Haruna for like every 58 minutes (annoyed)

Minami : Hmmm,is Mika worrying?

Caroline : More like “ I will kill him” expression.

Minami: (laughing)Thennn,what about you Caroline?

Caroline : (munching on cream puff) What ..what about me?

Minami : You told me,you met Shiki-san that day?

Caroline : Oh Shiki-san.What about him?

Minami : Arent you both meeting each other again?

Caroline : Why would I meet him again?

Minami : I remembered you telling me you hate him but it was a different kind of hate..(smirking)

Caroline : Minami-san….

Minami : Do you still have that grudge on him Caroline?

Caroline : More like confused feeling.

Minami : Because you finally meet him after all these years?

Caroline : I was in high school back then.Its been like more than 10 years.

Minami : Eiji-kun eh?

Caroline : Eiji should just die with all his ego.

Minami : (laughing)

Caroline : hmmmm

Minami: But  what if what he said to you back then was real?

Caroline : What did he say?

Minami : Don’t lie saying you cant remember Caroline(grinning)

Caroline : (annoyed) I don’t even want to remember

Caroline slumps herself on the couch and closed her eyes.

Caroline : I had enough of toleration these years.(sigh)

Caroline : It’s been so long since we  go out like this!

Haruna : Can we go to the soba stall we used to go back thenn…

Mika : I might be facing appetite disorder that I want soba too.

Caroline : Eh eh?Now that’s dangerous.

Mika : (poked Caroline)

Haruna : eh?

Haruna suddenly saw someone familiar walking towards their direction.The person in grey sweater and black jeans walked towards their direction and Haruna thought she had seen the guy before.

Mika : He looks familiar..

Caroline : (shocked)Shiki..

Shiki bowed as he got closer to the girls and smiled at each and one of them

Shiki : Such coincidence to be meeting you girls here.

Mika : Ahh..Shiki-san?

Shiki : Mika-san*bows

Haruna : Oh that Shiki!The one from Tsuzuku’s wedding!

Caroline : Hmmmph.

Mika : (looking at Caroline)

Shiki : Are you girls heading somewhere?

Haruna : We are gonna get something to eat.(smiling)

Shiki : Girls day out I suppose.Have fun everyone.Do becareful since it’s dark alright.I shall be going now.Haruna-san,Mika-san,Caroline (smiles)

Caroline : *bowing

Shiki bowed a little before continueing his walk to the opposite direction of the girls.

Haruna : Shiki is one good looking guy indeed.

Mika :Caroline,I suppose you know Shiki more than his last name,right?

Caroline : You caught me fast Mika.Alright,soba first ?I am starving (rubbing her tummy)

SOBA STALL

Haruna : Wait what!?He is the guy from your school before?

Caroline : Damn it Haruna!Lower your voice.

Haruna : Stop stop stop.Are you saying he lived in France before!?

Mika : She mentioned that earlier Haruna.Chill.

Haruna : So so,he must know Eiji-kun?

Caroline : Eiji was his bestfriend back then.

Mika : Eiji and Shiki?Now,that’s interesting.

Caroline : (sigh) Shiki is the guy you would love to hate.His guts are unbelievable and sometimes,it gets annoying.

Mika : But then,whats the connection?

Caroline : When I was seeing Eiji,he is like the one interfering with everything,Saying that I should  becareful with Eiji because he knows more about him compared to me.He warned me about lots of things but none are taken.I am big girl of course,I can take care of myself

Mika : But it turned out,he warned you for your sake.

Caroline : (hesitating) Exactly.

Haruna : Wait what?

Caroline : Alright,enough about my bloody past.I don’t even want to remember.Now whos up for a second round!?

Haruna : Are you kidding me Caroline?

Mika : Sounds good to me.

Caroline :Ayami-san!3 more soba please!
