PRESENT

Haruna are busy helping her mother in the kitchen preparing for dinner that day. Mika was out for errands and she is meeting Shinn after that.Leaving Caroline alone at the living room spacing out.

Caroline : hmmm..hmmmm…..

Caroline kept staring at the necklace she lost 10 years ago.She still cant believe the necklace is back in her hands after all these years of not knowing what happened to the necklace.And to think that Shiki takeru was the one who kept it all this time,really makes everything looks like a mess in Caroline’s head.

Haruna : *smacks Caroline

Caroline : WHAT!?

Haruna : Oh hello my beloved Caroline,why are you spacing out.I find it weird to find you spacing out.This is so rare woman.Rare.What are you thinking?

Caroline : (rubbing the back of her neck)

Haruna : (looking at Caroline)

Caroline : I want to ask when is Shiki’s flight tomorrow though..but I don’t even know how to ask.

Haruna : You want to send him off?

Caroline : Why would I be asking then?

Haruna : Who knows you might wanna bomb his airplane or something since you told me you hate him that much.

Caroline : I would just bomb the whole airport .

Caroline : Nevermind I guess.Let him be,let him go.I don’t even know why IM so messed up now.

Haruna : *slaps Caroline.Wake up you woman.Why are you denying this,everything?

Caroline was so surprised when Haruna slapped her right in the face.Caroline turned to Haruna with a very unreadable expression on her face.

Haruna : You feel something don’t you? All these years you do have that feeling right? That’s why non of the guys you met makes the cut right? Why are you even so blind after all these years.He came to you ,waited for you and you still cant get the facts right?

Caroline : (confused) Wait..what are you talking about??

Haruna : You are 27 years old and still so slow.You figure it out yourself Caroline.IM gonna go cook!Think think use that rusty brain of yours!

Mika : Arent you tired ,eating with me everyday?

Shinn : You can say that I am bit tired.

Mika : (staring at Shinn)

Shinn : (lifting his eyebrows)

Mika : Shut up and eat Shinn.

Shinn : I didn’t say anything (grins)

Mika : Arent you busy with any rehearsals or anything.To think about that,you haven’t done anything related to your work for months…

Shinn : I am on break right now.

Mika : What break?

Shinn : How can I work while my beloved fiancé wont come and work with me?

Mika : EAT AND SHUT UP SHINN.

Shinn : But,I do really need a break.Working is very very tiring.

Mika : What kind of work that is not tiring though.

Shinn : Are you free tomorrow morning?

Mika : Im always free.Forever free (laughing)

Shinn : Im taking you somewhere tomorrow.Therefore,make sure you spare some time in the morning for me.Dont go anywhere else.

Mika : Where are you taking me?

Shinn : It wont be a surprise if I tell you (laughing)

Mika : You and your surprises (annoyed)

Shinn :But you love all of them dont you?

Caroline : (banging her head on the wall)

Mika : WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING?

Haruna : Oh hai!Welcome back! She’s been like that since after dinner.

Haruna was sitting at the coffee table munching on some snacks when Mika entered the room.Mika looked at the messy haired Caroline banging her head on the wall looking all lost and messy in everyway.

Mika : What happened to you Caroline?

Caroline : Im doomed.Doomed.Doomed.

Mika : What happened to her,Haruna? (worried)

Haruna : Love is all about being crazy and messy (laughing)

Mika : what..love?

Caroilne : I figured it out already but I need some time to not be the usual Caroline and surrender myself to the nature of emotions.

Mika : To the..what?

Haruna : Nature of emotions.She said she is letting herself free from her usual self and drown in her forever long locked emotions and let her self drown and drown …and drownnn and drowwnnn(munching on chips)

Mika : …what…

Haruna : Don’t mind her,she’s been like that since Shiki came.

Mika : Shiki Takeru?

Haruna : Who else…?

Mika : Oh,have she finally figured out?

Caroline : Mika too?!

Mika : This is why I need to smack you with a studded brick.

Haruna : Caroline,enough enough.Come here and sit will you?

Caroline was a bit reluctant but she then went to Haruna and sat beside her and took a chocolate stick.

Caroline : Now I know why you both were a bit reluctant to say you guys are inlove.

Mika : It sounded so weird when you said it Caroline.

Caroline : I know I never said and sounded ike this. Bear with me please.The time you guys have waited has com,finally.So please,arrange some celebration .

Mika : What happened?

Caroline : Im gonna hang myself at the tokto tower tonight.Midnight

Mika : Haruna,have you seen my hammer?(

Haruna :  (laughing)

Caroline then smacks her head on the table and let out a big sigh.

Haruna : Can you just admit it Caroline? I know its not easy but if you let it loose,you’ll understand.

Mika : What do you want actually?

Caroline : I am so confused,how am I gonna answer that question then?

Haruna : Just say it.You already have the feelings alined in your heart and head.Your mouth is just to ego now.

Mika : You like him don’t you?

Haruna : Oh damn,Mika said it…

Mika : (staring at Caroline)

Caroline : I don’t even know if this feeling is even related …

Mika : Let me re arrange the situation to you . Shiki Takeru,is leaving for France tomorrow.Early flight I suppose and you are still here,doing nothing but wasting your time trying to admit your own bloody feelings.

Haruna and Caroline kept quite and none of them moved when Mika said that.Haruna turned to Caroline and pat her shoulder.

Haruna : Caroline,please don’t force yourself to ignore this feeling.

Caroline : I think I havenever felt this scared before.

Mika : Finally.

Haruna : So…?

Caroline : What if I misterpret his feelings?

Mika : Its up to you to find out about that.

Caroline : IM gonna sleep half-alive like this

Haruna : hmmmmm…

Mika : So,why don’t you get your ass up and shower and think about it?You look like a rotten zombie (annoyed)

Haruna : A rotten …zombie….

Caroline : Alright,alright.IM gonna bath and nobody leaves the room okay.IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT HERE I’LL HANG MYSELF.

SHIKI’S HOTEL

Rion : Oi

Shiki whom are standing at the balcony didn’t realize that his sister,Rion were calling his name many times .Rion walked towards him and slap his back.

Rion : What are you doing ?Are you deaf?

Shiki : Eh? What?

Rion : Here.

Shiki : What is this?

Rion : The receptionist said somebody left this at the counter for you.I don’t know what’s inside

Shiki took the big white envelope from Rion’s hand and tried to open it.

Rion : (peeking)

Shiki : Its from Yuri and Chiaki (laughing)

Rion : Probably a warning letter for you to attend their wedding next year (chuckling)

Shiki folded the parcel and placed them on the glass table behind him.He then continued obersving the busy Tokyo night life since he is leaving tomorrow morning.

Rion : I don’t understand.

Shiki : (shocked)

Rion : Why aren’t you chasing after Caroline?

Shiki  : Chasing after Caroline?

Rion : I have never seen a guy that can love a girl as long you did.And yet,you still love her.You have all her magazines,all her news paper cut outs,all her videos and all her front covers.I really want to say that you are a crazy stalker but no.You are my brother so no,Im not gonna say that (laughing)

Shiki :….

Rion : I remember seeing your face when you saw a magazine with her on the front cover years back.Back when she was a bit active with her modelling.Rare to see her face nowadays though.I cant even understand the smile you had on your face.

Shiki : (smiles)

Rion : And why are you still leaving for France?

Shiki : You have got to remember I have a wedding to run for.

Rion : Wedding wedding wedding.You can just ditch the wedding and stay here you idiot.

Shiki : Life is not that easy Rion.

Rion : Oh shut up.You are the one making it hard.I am giving you suggestions to make it easier.Take it or leave it (annoyed)

Rion ignored her brother and went to her room without saying anything.Shiki just watched her leave and he then sat on the chair let out a very big sigh.

Shiki : Things just wont follow your plans after all.Not always.Not this time.
