THE NEXT DAY

MORNING

Mika : (drying her hair)

Haruna : …

Mika : You actually said that?

Haruna : Damn it yes. I said it out loud…wait not that loud.but damn it.yes.I think he heard me!Oh dead I am dead dead dead.I thought he was asleep !

Mika : Hold it Haruna.Breathe breathe.

Caroline who just come out from the bathroom quickly went to Haruna and pinched her face

Caroline : Such a bad girl you are.Confessing when he was “asleep”

Haruna : He was not asleep (sigh)

Mika: Well,in other words,you have confessed.

Caroline : Drumrolls!

Haruna : Shut it Caroline.

Mika : Haruna haruna,listen here.

Haruna : (worried)

Caroline : Why do you look so worried.

Haruna : How should I not be worried!? I told HIiro I like him and what is worst than that!?

Mika : Not telling him the truth is.

Haruna : (shocked)

Caroline : At least you got the guts to tell him Haruna.And trust me,Hiiro is a nice guy.The nicest guy I have ever met indeed.

Mika : Are you scared of something?

Haruna : I have never felt this way.I mean,I confessed before but I was never this scared.I didn’t know what to do nor what to say now.I cant even face him I guess.

Caroline : (looking at Haruna)

Mika : Haruna,trust me.Feeling scared is a prove you are alive and you have feelings and emotions.Dont worry about them.It is okay to be scared.It is never wrong for you to feel scared and worried about something like this.

Caroline : Agreed.

Haruna : But what if I have to face the fact that he loves somebody else?

Caroline : Trust me Haruna.You’ll understand soon

Haruna : (slumps her face into her pillow)

Mika : (sigh)

Caroline :Why is everyone around me is in their lovey dovey mode now.

Mika : Are you saying that I am included?

Caroline :Damn it,especially you Mika.

Mika : (laughing)

Haruna : Can I build my own grave?

Mika : To be frank,we both confessed first Haruna.

Caroline : eh!?

Haruna : ….wait,you did indeed..

Mika : Well,now.All left is you Caroline (laughing)

KABUKI PALACE

Ishia : Mika-san!

Mika : *waving

Ishia : Are you meeting up with Shinn?

Suddenly Ishia saw someone one tailing behind Mika and she quickly smile at the girl when their eyes met.

Ishia : Now ,now,who is this beautiful lady?

Mika : This is Odera Haruna.Haruna,this Ishia Yumi.

Ishia : Nice to meet you Haruna-chan.My oh my,you are so beautiful!

Haruna : .... Odera Haruna des. Nice to meet you Ishia-san (smiles)

Ishia :Come come,lets go in.WE shall have some girly talk alright!

Mika : Is Shinn awake?

Ishia : I think he is still in his room.

Mika : I think Im gonna crash into his room

Ishia : NO worries!I’ll take Haruna-san to the tea room first then?

Haruna : Damn it Mika,why are you leaving me alone?(pulling Mika’s arm)

Mika :I am not leaving you alone.Im just gonna see that brat for a while.

Haruna : (annoyed) You better be fast.

Ishia : Shall we Haruna-san?(smiles)

Haruna : Thank you so much Ishia-san *bowing

SHINN’S ROOM

Mika knocked at first but then after a while,there were no answer at all.She swiftly slide the door opened and saw Shinn was still asleep.

Mika : Lazy ass.(sigh)

Mika closed the door behind her and slowly walked towards Shinn whom are still asleep on his futon. Mika sat beside him and  stare at him,thinking on how to wake him up.

Mika : Now how am I suppose to wake him up.(sigh)

Shinn suddenly turn his back to Mika and face the other side.

Mika : Damn it.

Mika tried to tap on his shoulder slowly as she lean close to Shinn.

Mika : Oi,wake up you lazy ass.

Mika kept on tapping on his shoulder but Shinn didn’t even respond.

Mika : Is he deaf or dead (annoyed)

Mika then gave up that she quickly stood and walk around the room as she waits for Shinn to finally wake up.Mika went to his study table at the right side of the room and eyed everything on his table.

Mika : Very neat indeed.

Mika then pulled out the chair and sat on the chair,putting both of her hands on the table to brigde her face.

Mika : How in the world that I fell for you at the first place…

Mika then saw a photo frame facing down at the corner of the table and she literally reach out for it.She turned the frame to face her to have a look at the photo.

Mika : (shocked)

To her surprise,she didn’t expect it to be a photo of her,a candid shot to be exact of her sitting under the big sakura tree that she assume to be the big tree in the garden outside. It was when she was waiting for Shinn to finish his practice during her early months of working. It was a shot of her staring at the tree,and she indeed didn’t notice that her photo was taken,by Shinn.

Mika :….

Shinn : It’s my favorite photo of you.

Mika : (shocked)

Mika  quickly stood up and quickly turn around . Shinn was standing a few feets from her where she is standing.

Mika : When did you wake up?

Shinn : I was already awake when you came in.(laughing)

Mika : (annoyed) And  you made me wake you up.

Shinn walked towards Mika slowly and Mika cant move back any further because behind her was the table.

Mika : …

Shinn closed the gap between them and look at Mika.

Shinn : So,I see you found my picture.

Mika : Your picture of me,you mean?

Shinn : (laughing)

Mika :I can actually sue you for this.

Shinn ; Well,sue me all you can.Im all yours.

Mika : Excuse me?

Shinn :Well,I can sue you too.

Mika : For what?Im pretty much innocent here

Shinn : I can sue you for making crazy in love with you from the start.

Mika : And for your information,I can sue you for the exact same reason.

Shinn : (laughing) You and your answers Mika.How can I forget about that.

Mika : You are your choices of words too.

Shinn cant hold back his laugh when Mika said that .He then took Mika’s hand and pulled her closer.

Shinn : I think I might need to ask you to move in and live with me so that I can wake up everyday like this.

Mika : Like this?

Shinn : I can argue with you all day but never getting bored.

Mika :Trust me you will get bored seeing my face all day Shinn.

Shinn lean really close to her and Mika suddenly stopped talking.

Shinn : How can I get bored when I can be with you all day,everyday?

Mika : Alright Shinn,you can stop being all hopeless romantic.go and take your bath .Haruna is here.

Shinn :She is here?

Mika : Go and shower.

Shinn : I did alright,early in the morning.

Mika: I find that hard to believe.

Shinn : Well,do anything to find out then

Mika : (annoyed) Bye.

Shinn : (laughing)Alright alright,come lets go.Where is she?

Mika : Ishia took her to the tea room.
