FEMALE’s CHANGING ROOM

Ishia : Alright that would be nice!(arranging Mika’s dress)

Mika : Are you sure  I look alright in this dress?(looking at herself in the mirror)

Ishia : (grabbed Mika’s shoulder) You look great Mika.You really do!

Mika : Alright then..Wait.I have doubt (sigh)

Ishia : No no nope.Put that aside alright,now lets have them do your hair?

Mika : Wait.What?Hair?What is wrong with my hair?Can I skip this part and just tie them normally ?

Ishia : No you cant!Come!

Shinn was already ready and he was sitting on the wooden chair outside.

Hiiro : They sure take a long time to get ready (laughed)

Shinn : You don’t say.

Hiiro : I’ll go first then?The driver is here.

Shinn : I’ll see you there then.

Hiiro got into the car with the rest of the boys and the driver drove out of the porch,leaving Shinn alone waiting for Mika to get ready.Suddenly he heard female voices from the opposite direction and it’s getting closer.

Mika : I am not going out with my hair like this Ishia-san!

Ishia : No no no you must go go go!

Hana : You look fine Mika-san.

Mika : Oh please,I am not going out with my hair--

Ishia : Yes you are!Now hurry along!

Mika : (sigh loudly)) This is scarier than sitting for my exam paper.

Ishia : (laughed) Don’t be scared alright.You look perfect!

Mika breathed in and exhale really hard before stepping out to the porch.

Shinn was leaning on the wall,waiting for Mika and when he heard the sound of someone stepping on the marble floor,he looked up and saw Ishia and Hana and then Mika.

Shinn looked at Mika as if he saw something that he has never seen before.His expression were unreadable because he himself cant seem to digest whatever they are saying to him.He looked at Mika without saying anything.

Mika had her hair tied to her left side shoulder since her left shoulder is strapless and her hair were tied into a simple waterfall braid.It was simple but lovely.Shinn noticed the necklace Mika was wearing but he was to mesmerized by how different  Mika looks in that red dress.

Ishia : Shinn?Wake up Shinn,time to go!Where is Suzu?

Shinn : You look….

Mika : OH shut up,lets go.

Mika walked passed Shinn and went straight to the car where Suzu is waiting for them.Suzu himself looked at Mika with such a disbelief face and smiled at Mika when she reached the car.

Suzu : You look beautiful tonight Mika!

Mika : Oh I have to learn to digest that one too Suzu.

Suzu : (laughed) Hurry along.

Mika : What the heck are you doing there MIzuhara-san?Get your brain working and come here.

Ishia and Hana laughed when Shinn quickly walked to the car and got inside without saying anything

Suzu : I shall be going now! See you Ishia-san,Hana-san(smiles)

Ishia : Drive carefully Suzu!Dont speed!

IN THE CAR

Shinn : Are you sure you alright?

Mika : You have asked that question more than 10 times Mizuhara-sama.I am fine and no I not gonna commit suicide instead of dancing waltz tonight.

Shinn : (laughed) Alright ,alright.

After a while…

Suzu : Few more minutes till we reach the mansion.Lucky day the road is not congested.It’s Tokyo anyway hahahahaha.

Mika : Where did you learn to tie your neck tie?

Shinn : (looking at his messy tied necktie)

Mika : (sigh)Guys will always be guys

Shinn : What,I don’t think there is anything wrong with this neck tie.

Mika : You are so hopeless,come here. Let me tie it for you.

Mika pulled the neck tie too hard that she almost chocked Shinn

Mika : Oh my god I am so sorry!

Shinn : It’s okay (breathing) Can you at least be gentle for a second?

Mika : Shut up

Mika untied the white necktie and fold it nicely before putting it around Shinn’s neck and began tying them again.Shinn said nothing but his eyes are locked at Mika’s face as she concentrate on tying the neck tie.He realized Mika’s face look softer with the makeup and with that hair style.

Mika : Alright,now you look neater.

Shinn : (looking at his necktie) Oh,it was supposed to look like this?

Mika : Yes yes.

Shinn : Where did you learn how to do all these stuff?

Mika : You don’t have to know.

Suzu : Alright,we have arrived!

Suzu drove them to the drop-off spot infront of the main entrance of the mansion and one of the doorman opened the door for Shinn and Shinn got out first before putting his hand out to help Mika.

Mika : (whispering to herself) Alright,lets do this.

Mika put her hand into Shinn’s hand and got out of the car.Shinn offered his arm and Mika obediently tugged his arm and followed him.

Mika : I cant believe I have to tug your arm like this.This is annoying.

Shinn : Consider yourself lucky.Not every girl can have my arm.

Mika : Shut up.

They entered the brightly lit ball room,decorated with a very big majestic golden chandelier in the middle.Waltz song are playing in the backroung  by the musicians at one corner of the hall. Waiters walking around with tray of drinks and desserts to be offered to the guests in the hall.Everyone is elegenatly dresses in their very own suit and dresses.Everyone indeed look beautiful and handsome in the hall

Mika : This is going to be a long night.And boring.

AFTER A WHILE....

Shinn : (drinking his sparkling)

Mika : This is boredom.(staring at the crowd)

 Shinn : You are not going anywhere because we are going to dance after this.And no,you cannot go around alone.

Mika : (annoyed) Shut up.

Suddenly  the lights has been dimmed and the spokesperson greeted everyone and welcome all of them to the party.He then invited all the guests to dance along to the live music playing and,one by one of the pairs fill the floor and all of them are indulged on the waltz,enjoying the music played by the musicians.

Shinn : (Offering his hand) Shall we?

Mika looked at Shinn and she hesitated for a few seconds before offering her hand in return.

Shinn : Don’t worry,everything is gonna be fine.Let the guest watch us as if we are enjoying (laugh)

Mika : If it is not fine,Im gonna kill you of course.

Shinn : (laughing)

Mika and Shinn joined the other pairs on the dance floor and they danced thoroughly both of them actually enjoyed the music and started laughing when Mika accidentally stepped on Shinn’s foot but then she quickly gather her senses and continue the dance.

Mika : Sorry about the feet.

Shinn : If we weren’t dancing,I would probably called for ice now.

Mika : Oh come one,don’t be such kid.I did not stepped on your feet that hard.

Shinn : Alright fine.

After a few minutes,Hiiro came and asked Mika if she would like to dance with him.

Mika : Im honoured*bows.

Hiiro : Shall we?May I?(looking at Shinn)

Shinn : Yes you may.

Shinn went to the one of the waiter for a drink and watched Hiiro and Mika danced and his expression when he say Mika and Hiiro laughed while dancing as if they were enjoying the dance so much

Shinn : What are they  doing now..

Ena : Shinn!Finally I found you!

Ena came to Shinn and quickly hugged him and gave a quick kiss on Shinn’s cheek

Shinn : Didn’t know that you were coming Shibasaki-san.

Ena : Of course you wouldn’t know,you didn’t call me or send a mail to me.I am so disappointed alright.I was so happy when I saw your name on the guest list!

Shinn : I apologize for that.

Shinn was not paying attention to Ena whom is babbling about asking him out but he was searching for Mika and Hiiro who were no longer seen among the dancers,he then searched with his eye spotted them having a drink at one end of the hall.

Ena : Shinn!Are you listening ?When can we go out for movie ?

Shinn : Wha--what?What were you saying

Ena : (sigh)

ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HALL

Hiiro went to get another drink for him and he went to Mika and asked her not to say anything but smile.

Hiiro : I have something to tell you .Dont turn around.Pretend like we are enjoying the party.

Mika :.....?

Hiiro :Is it me or I find Shinn falling for you?

Mika was about to turn her head to Hiiro but then Hiiro quickly stopped her.

Hiiro : Don’t look at me,I don’t want Shinn to know I am talking to you about this.

Mika : Oh alright.IM sorry.Im sorry.Continue?

Hiiro : Would you believe me if I say Shinn is falling for you?Or maybe should I say fell for you?

Mika : I don’t get you.

Hiiro : What I am saying is,Shinn actually likes you.Or to be more mature,has feelings for you.(smiles while looking to the front instead of Mika)

Mika :I find that very untrue and unbelievable.

Hiiro : Oh really.Alright,I’ll make a bet.I think we both knew Shinn is not paying attention to Ena at all.

Mika then looked at Shinn whom is talking to Ena but she knew he had looked at their direction quite a few times.

Mika : And so?

Hiiro : Alright,im gonna do something.And,if he walked here then my assumption is right.If he do not come here,you can take this an a very irrational assumption alright?

Mika : What are you going to do.

Hiiro : This.

Hiiro leaned close to Mika and whispered to Miika.

Hiiro : (whispering) Don’t show any expression ,I know he is looking at our direction.Okay now,try to smile and or maybe grin alright.Just don’t do anything else.

Mika : (smiles forcefully)

To her surprise,Shinn abruptly left Ena and walked towards their direction.

Hiiro :There you go I told you.Now,Im gonna run away.See you Mika!

Hiiro quickly disappeared into the crowd leaving Mika there.Alone.Shinn was still making his way to her but then Mika quickly turned around got herself out of the ball room.She found herself at the backyard of the mansion after walking through the hallway as fast as she could because she cant think of anything else but one thing she knew,she is scared to face Shinn.And she could not find the reason or reasons why .And the thought of what Hiiro said just really really disturbed her.
