Chapter 47

OSAKA

Aya and Mika went to one of the mall there to shop for new winter clothes and to find Mika needs since she would be staying longer at Aya’s place.

Aya : What about this one?

Aya swiftly took a royal blue winter jackets and showed it to Mika.

Mika : Why would you need that for?

Aya : Not for me,it is for you!You’ll look nice in this jacket though.

Mika : The color looks nice.And vibrant.

Aya :  The blue is very nice.What do you call this color again?

Mika : Royal blue?

Aya : Exactly!Royal blue.Winter shopping is always nice(laughed)

Mika : For you,shopping is always nice.

Aya : You know me (grinning)

After spending about an hour at the winter clothes section,Aya and Mika headed to a restaurant for an early lunch and they decided to have something soupy and hot since the weather is just getting colder and colder each seconds.

Aya ; So,Mika.You are not gonna hide forever don’t you?

Mika : No,I think so.

Aya : I guess that guy must be trying to call and Haruna too

Mika : Haruna knows Im here.

Aya : Wait,you told her?

Mika : No,I didn’t but I gave her a hint that I will be here.She knows you live here remember?

Aya : oh yes!She dropped by last year!I almost forgot about that!

Mika : She knows that I am here.

Aya : And I doubt Shinn knows?

Mika : (sigh)

Aya : Mika, I know you miss him and don’t lie about it.I can see it .Your eyes shows everythinggg~!

Mika : I didn’t say I don’t but,I am partially exhausted to even think about this.

Aya : I don’t think exhausted is the right term.It is called giving up.

Mika : giving up?

Aya : I can see that you are giving up on everything Mika.And I know you are still feeling guilty to Rina which is not right.

Mika : Been thinking about that one actualy..

Aya :You have to realize you are actually making yourself feel guilty while no one is blaming you.I doubt Rina would be blaming you now.

Mika : ….

Aya : I remember what you told me when I was so down to hell with my life back in college.

Mika : What did I say?

Aya :” You are the one who can blame yourself,no one can.So if you feel guilty,ask yourself to straighten everything up”

Mika : I said that?

Aya : (laughed) I remembered everything you said that night! You keep saying that everything that is faulty was meant to be at fault but when you know no one is blaming you but you feel guilty,then it is all up to you to make it right.

Mika : hmmmm

Aya : So,Im saying this back to you. Your advice is now my advice to you.Let it loose Mika. Your days are not numbered remember that.

PARK

Mika went out for a walk alone since Aya and Takeru are busy with the customer going in and out of the shop. Mika took her time thinking about Aya’s advice to her .

Mika : Osaka is always the best place for a getaway I guess.

FLASHBACK

KAZUKI PALACE

Ishia : So we will be seeing you in two weeks!Have a happy holiday Mika-san!

Nana : (stretching) I can finally go to Hawaii and have fun all by myself.

Mika : (laughing)Have a safe trip Nana-san.

Ishia : What about Shinn?He has plans?

Mika  : I don’t know.Anyway,Im gonna go home first alright.*bowing

Ishia : Take care Mika!(smiling)

Mika went out through the main door of the palace and walked straight to Narumi’s shop

Mika : Narumi-san!

Narumi : Early today Mika-chan!

Mika : it’s holiday now (grinning)

Narumi : time to rest don’t you think?(laughing)

Mika : Im gonna head home alright?See you anytime soon Narumi-san!

Narumi : Ride carefully!

SHINN’s APARTMENT

Shinn was laying on his bed doing nothing but stare at the ceiling.He thought that his summer break is gonna be really bored as he called off all his activities for the 2 weeks break.

Shinn : What is her plans this summer holiday…(looking at his watch)

Shinn quickly got up and get himself ready to go out as he has no plans for the break.He  quickly went out and head towards the train station.

CONVENIENT STORE

Mika : One for  Oka-san…and the Melon is for Haruna.Alright,everything checked..

Mika looked around and turned to the chocolate section.

Mika : Some chocolates would be good (grins)

After paying for the items,she quickly went to her bike and rode away instanty because she wouldn’t want the ice cream to melt.

ODERA’s

Mika parked her bike at the porch and she quickly removed her helmet as she heard people laughing from inside her house.She was shocked when she heard a guy’s voice from inside the house .She froze when she try to listen to the laughter coming from the house.

Mika : Tsuzuku is not home for the week....then who’s voice is that?(shocked)

Mika put her helmet on her bike and her hair was a mess but she didn’t even bother to tie it up.She just let her hair loose around her shoulder and quickly opened the house door.

Mika : This is fishy.

Mika removed her shoes and when she opened the door she saw a pair of shoes that clearly does not belong to Minami nor Haruna and she quickly looked up

Shinn : Welcome home?

Mika stopped halfway opening the door and stare at Shinn whom are sitting at the kitchen table with Minami and Haruna.

Minami : Welcome home Mika-san!(smiling)

Mika : You have got to be kidding

Haruna: Not at all.(munching)

Mika : What in the world are you doing here?

Shinn : I was bored so I thought of visiting your house and I was hooked up with Minami-san’s cooking.Her croquette are so delicious!(munching)

Mika did not move an inch and she just stare at Shinn whom are looking so comfortable while she on the other side are so shocked to see him there.

Mika : (looking at Haruna)

Haruna : He arrived about half an hour already.Where did you go?

Mika : (showing the plactic bag she is carrying)Ice creams?

Haruna : good! I have been waiting for it!

Shinn : Did you buy extra?

Mika : (annoyed) For an unwelcome guest in the house.NO.

Minami : (laughing) IM gonna go get some more snacks okay?Mizuhara-san,dont hesitate to eat more!

Mika closed the door behind her and walked straight to the kitchen table.

Mika : What the hell are you doing here?

Shinn : I have no plans and I am already bored at home so …here I am!

Haruna : He has been entertaining us with his stories about the palace and the performance.Oka-san is really really enjoying them.I doubt he is going home early today.

Mika : (annoyed)Not untill I kick his busy ass out of the house.

Shinn : So,any ice cream for me?*winks
