Chapter 56 -Kazuya,Mika.

Few days before Kazuya’s death…

Mika was sitting on the couch beside Kazuya’s bed,knitting a beanie for Kazuya to wear.Kazuya in the other hand just watch as she was so into her knitting progress.

Kazuya : So focus!

Mika : hmmmm it was suppose to be this way and..Ah damn it,I got this one tangled!

Kazuya : (laughing)

Mika : (sigh) I am no pro in this at all.

Mika looked up and turn to Kazuya.

Kazuya : (smiling)

Mika put aside the beanie and look at Kazuya.

Mika : Do you want to go out?

Kazuya : (laughing) Why did you ask?

Mika : You have been in here for too long and I can see that you are feeling bored.

Kazuya : As a matter of fact,having you here is enough.

Mika : (grins) Are you trying to flirt again Doctor Kazuya?

Kazuya : Well,I can flirt with my girlfriend anytime I want,don’t you think so?

Mika : I guess my luck for life has all been used up .

Kazuya : And why is that?

Mika : I got a very charming boyfriend that’s why.

Kazuya : Only charming?

Mika : (staring at Kazuya) Do you want me to list it all out?

Kazuya just laughed when Mika sarcastically asked him that.

Kazuya : (coughing)

Mika : I’ll get you the wheel chair alright?(smiles)

Mika went out from the ward and she stood infront of the door for a while.

Mika : (sigh)I am never ready to let him go after all.

PARK

Mika pushed Kazuya’s wheelchair around the park while Kazuya just sit on it,enjoying the beautiful view of the flowers and tress at the park.Kazuya had the beanine Mika bought for him earlier and he even wrap Mika’s red muffler around his neck to keep himself warm.

Mika : A good day for stroll don’t you think?

Kazuya : A wonderful day indeed

Mika then sat on one of the bench  and look at Kazuya

Mika : you don’t even look sick (laugh)

Kazuya : How can I look sick when I am happy all the time?

Mika : (smiles)

Kazuya :Do you know I read a book one of the nurses brought me yesterday night.

Mika : A novel?

Kazuya : A very nice one.

Mika : Who is the writer?

Kazuya :…..

Mika : You didn’t even check?

Kazuya : (grins) I …forgot.

Mika : Kazuya will always be Kazuya…what is it about?

Kazuya : To conclude it,it is about a boy and a girl whom actually are fated to be together but they didn’t know about it until fate draws the cirlce

Mika : Interesting..

Kazuya : They both have actually bumped into each other many times,talked to each other and actually got acquainted but they didn’t know that fate has been playing around them since…. I really like the story line,the writer actually focuses on how fate can be tricky but in the end,everything is worth the wait.

Mika : Hmmmmm.I wish that kind of fate exist.

Kazuya : I think it does Mika,you know why writers write?

Mika : ..Because whatever that runs in their mind is something they see everyday?

Kazuya : And something they believe will happen to any of us.

Mika : Any of us indeed..

Kazuya look straight at Mika’s face and smile.

Kazuya : you’ll be there Mika.your time will come.

Mika : What if I don’t want to be there?

Kazuya : Fate is something unexpected Mika,just like you said(laughing)

Mika : fate is a funny thing after all (sigh)

The next day..

Mika : Finally!Look!

Kazuya whom were playing with his phone quickly looked up.Mika was showing him the beanie she had been knitting for him for the past few days.

Mika  quickly stood up and went to Kazuya,she removed the red beanie she bought for him and placed the navy blue beanie that she knitted for Kazuya

Mika : Now you look alive.

Kazuya : (laughing) I guess your mom taught you well about knitting.

Mika : Exactly .

Kazuya  ran his fingers on the new beanie and he instantly asked Mika to sit beside him.

Mika : Eh why?

Kazuya : Just come here.

Mika went closer to Kazuya and before she could do anyting,Kazuya pulled her really close and hug her.

Kazuya : Thank you

Mika froze when Kazuya suddenly hug her and when Kazuya released the hug,Mika sat beside him and look at him.

Kazuya : You know how much I thank god for giving such a beautiful woman in my life?

Mika : …

Kazuya  took Mika’s hand and kissed them.Mika startled a bit but then with Kazuya’s hand holding her,she feel so at ease and she just time would just freeze that time.

Kazuya : Can I hug you again?*winks

Mika : (laughing) What am I going to do with you
