Chapter 21

SATURDAY

Mika was still asleep when Haruna was already awake and when Haruna tried to wake her up,Mika did no realize because she was so into her dream and the though of waking up does not interest her.

Mika was walking towards the Memorial Park and it was really cold since it snowed earlier in the morning.She walked slowly and steadily towards the the Kazuya’s grave.She stood infront of the tomb and looked at the name engraved on the tomb.

Mika :I came again Kazuya.

Mika inhaled and exhaled slowly because she was trying really hard to hold her tears flooding behind her eyes.She knew crying would not bring Kazuya back and Kazuya made her promise not to cry when he died.

Mika put the flowers she bought on her way to the park with Haruna.Haruna said she need to go the toilet and Mika told her that she will go ahead.

Mika did not say anything but stare at the tomb.She realized there was someone standing at the opposite side.She looked up and saw a guy all in black standing infront of a tomb.

Mika : I miss you Kazuya.I really really do…Do you remember what you said when we went for a hanami last April?

APRIL 2012

Kazuya : Don’t you just love the sakura trees?

Mika :(looking at the trees)

Kazuya : It feels right just to look at them,don’t you think so?

Mika : Not to mention,the weather today is perfect.

Kazuya sat beside and took a bite of the sandwich Mika made for their usual picnic at the Yoyogi Park.

Kazuya : Mika-san.

Mika : (looking at Kazuya) Yes?

Kazuya : You know,if I ever die early,make sure you can enjoy hanami just how you can enjoy them now.

Mika : Kazuya I thought--

Kazuya : Im not joking. We would not know when are we gonna die anyway.But ,at least we are enjoying our time together right?*winking

Mika : (poked Kazuya)

Kazuya  took Mika’s hand and look at her straight in the eyes

Kazuya : Promise me Mika.If I die first,you must remember to do hanami alright.I wont forgive you if you stopped going to the park and sit her under out favorite tree to watch the sakura trees.

Mika : Would you do the same if I die earlier than you?

Kazuya : Im a doctor,if you are sick Im gonna save you first(laughing)

Mika : Kazuya(staring at him)

Kazuya :I promise.

Mika : Deal.

……..

Haruna : Mika!!!MIKA~~!!!!

Mika suddenly woke up when she heard Haruna calling her name and abruptly got up and look at Haruna.

Haruna : FINALLY!Wake up wake up!

Mika : Why why what?

Haruna : I thought you asked me to wake up when its lunch time?*winks

AFTER LUNCH

MIKA’s and HARUNA’s ROOM

Haruna : He what!?(spurted her drink)

Mika : I just don’t understand Hiiro,and Shinn too.

Haruna :So…this means.He has feelings for you then!

Mika : Of course not Haruna

Haruna : But you said he came to you after Hiiro-san did that?

Mika : And how do you expect that to be true?

Haruna : Well,guys are easy to read Mika-san.

Tsuzuku : Indeed.

Haruna :*nods.

Mika :…..

Haruna : WHEN DID YOU COME IN TSUZUKU!

Tsuzuku : Just now?

Mika : (sigh) It is not good to sneak into girls’ room like that tsuzuku.

Tsuzuku : Heard you girls were talking about Hiiro.What about him?

Haruna : Hiiro did an experiment.

Tsuzuku : What ?Experiment?

Haruna told Tsuzuku the whole lot of the story while Mika just observe as Tsuzuku pays attention to Haruna.

Tsuzuku : So he did walked to you?

Mika : I don’t see any significant in that one.

Tsuzuku : But when he asked you no to get close to Hiiro.It make sense.

Haruna :See!

Tsuzuku : I did the same thing before I got together with Meisa you know.

Mika : No kidding.

Tsuzuku : Let me tell you.Guys are hard to understand.Trust me.Girls too.But,sometimes we guys are just too scared of doing something right so we had the wrong words out. We always had the wrong words out. Always.

Haruna : (nodding)

Mika : (sigh)

Tsuzuku : So,the possibilities of him being in this kind of situation is quite high considering that my sister Mika is very attractive.

Mika : Do you want me throw you out of the windows?

Tsuzuku : (laughing) Alright,alright,but yes. As  guy,and your older ,I mean your beloved older brother.He got something in his head.Or maybe something he wanted to tell you but he cant seem to gather his guts and tell you everything.And Mika…

Mika : Yes?

Tsuzuku : Don’t be surprised when I say this.

Mika : What?

Tsuzuku : You have already fell for him don’t you?

Mika : …..

Tsuzuku : You don’t have to say anything Mika.I know you to well.

Mika : I don’t like this alright.I don’t want to feel like this.

Haruna : Mika-san,we know you so don’t worry alright?

Tsuzuku : Your heard her.We are here for you alright?Now now now,Im gonna go back to my place.Meisa called me to help her tidy the place.Your future sister in law is practicing to be a good sister in law.

Haruna : Get married Tsuzuku.Get married.We cant wait to be aunties.

Mika : You are already acting like one (laugh)

SUNDAY

HAruna : Your body is very warm Mika.

Mika : I think my fever is building up (rubbing her neck)

HAruna : Thank god it is Sunday(sigh)

Mika : Indeed it is.

Haruna : I’ll get something warm for you alright.

Mika : Thank you Haruna!

KABUKI PALACE

Shinn :Cloudy morning indeed.

Hiiro : Good Morning!

Shinn : When did you --

Hiiro : Hello ?Excuse me I knocked on your beautiful door and you didn’t answer.What are you thinking *lifting his eyebrows.

Shinn : Nothing.

Hiiro :Oh by the way,are you going anywhere?

Shinn : No plans yet.Thought of staying in my room to practice.But--

Hiiro : I am bored of practicing (annoyed)

Shinn : Why,are you going anywhere?

Hiiro : No plans too.Yet.

Shinn : YET

Hiiro : Im gonna see Ishia and Shouji for a while.I’ll see you then?

Shinn : Alright.

Hiiro : By the way,are you ever gonna tell Mika about her?

Shinn : (turned around)Her?

Hiiiro : You don’t have to hide it from me Shinn.I know you to well.

Shinn : I don’t get --

Hiiro : Mika and Rina are connected in someway,am I right?

Shinn : How did you know?

Hiiro : Im Mizuhara Hiiro ,Shinn.Your awesome cousin.See you !(closed the door)

Suddenly Shinn’s phone rang and the name “ Ena’ appeared on the screen.

Shinn sighed a little before answering the call.

Ena : SHINN!!SHINNN!!!

Shinn : Hello Ena.

Ena : You must go out with me today and no cant say no because I am already infront of your house.And no you cant ask me to go back because I walked from the station  to your house and you must not reject my offer.Come out now!

Shinn knew that he would have to follow Ena since he is left with no other options at all.

SHIBUYA 100

Ena : Finally you can go out with me.You know how hard it is to ask you out these days.

Shinn : My apologise.

Ena : What have you been up these days?

Shinn : Work of course.

Ena : You haven’t come by the office to visit me at all you know.

Shinn :….

Ena : I feel like you are running away from Shinn.

Shinn : Are you hungry?It’s gonna be my treat.

Ena : Really!?

Shinn : Yes

Ena : Come,lets look at the directory first!(looking at the directory)

Shinn : What do you want to eat ?

Ena : Hmmmmm I as thinking of having something hot and soupy.

Shinn : You choose.

Ena : (looking at the directory) Why don’t we try this new shop?

Shinn : The new shop it is then.

Ena : (pulling Shinn’s hand) Alright,lets go lets go!

After having their lunch,Ena insist that he accompany her doing some shopping and unfortunately,it took abour 4 hours for Ena to shop and Shinn thought that she would not stop if he didn’t mention about the time.

Ena : Eh?It’s 6 already?

Shinn : (nodding)

Ena: (sigh) I want to spend my time with you longer.Wait,wait wait.I know what we can do!

Shinn : (looking at Ena)

Ena : Lets watch a movie?

Shinn :A movie?

Ena : Yes yes,and after that,we can go for a drink together(tugging Shinn’s arm)

Shinn : Are you sure you are not tired?

Ena : Not,when Im with you.

Shinn forced a smile when Ena hold his hand as they walked to the cinema for a movie.He should have stayed home,he thought.
