Chapter 38- Kazuya

Mika remembered when she helped a lady who got her bag snatched by a thieft ,and the time when she actually met Shinn too that time.

FLASHBACK [Refer back to the first chapter !]

Shinn was rubbing Rina’s dusty bags and jacket while Rina just eyed the girl who helped her with the snatcher just now.

Shinn : How can a delinquent like that be so nice to you?

Rina : A delinquent!?

Shinn : She looks like one,with that black pants,black jacket,black bike and that dark hair and that eye liner and that face and-

Rina : (laughing)

Shinn : ??

Rina : You do realized that you are somehow describing someone you might meet again.

Shinn : (puzzled)

Rina : (sigh) Well,what I can say she is not a bad person at all.

Shinn : hmmm,well she saved you.

Rina : She rescued me Shinn,I owe her abig time and I wonder if I ever gonna meet her again.

Shinn : Come,let me arrange your hair.

Rina : It’s okay.(leaning back)

Shinn grabbed Rina’s shoulder and make her stand still before running his fingers through her hair to tidy them

Rina : I am fine,really (laughing)

Shinn : I thought ,I really though that girl was messing around you.

Rina : Why would you --

Shinn : She looks dangerous,really.What kind of girl would ride that kind of bike here?

Rina : That girl.

Shinn : (turned to Rina)Are you alright?

Rina : I am perfectly fine!Now,lets go back alright? 

ODERA’S HOUSE

Mika was outside after she arrived from the park after the incident happened.She sat on the small bench in the small garden of the house and stare at her hands.

Mika : Why do I feel like I have met that girl before…

PRESENT

 Mika : I should have realized about this earlier.(sigh)

Mika then continued her jourey and headed to the park.She parked her bike under her favourite tree and lean on it.She removed her helmet and carefully placed it on her bike.It was one windy night that her hair kept being blown by the strong wind and the temperature seems to be really low.

Mika : God was indeed trying  to show me the truth all along.And I am just too blind and to stupid after all.(sigh) It would be better if Kazuya is here.You have to be here

Mika put her hands in her pocket and suddenly she realized there is something in it.She then realized it was the letter that Juuka gave her.Mika thought that time will be the perfect time to read the letter,so she slowly unfolded the letter and started reading.

“Dear Mika,

I am sorry that you had to read this when I am no longer here.I am sorry that I had to leave you.But, trust me,meeting you was something I could never imagine. And I hope you are with my bike when you read this.Hahahahahaha.

I remembered the first time I saw you during the volunteer work 2 years ago.I really don’t know that I would have gotten the chance to meet someone like you.I never did.But then things turned upside down when Haruna set us up.I thought I can never ever see you again after that day,but God had it all planned for us.

The days we spent together is more than enough for me to carry on with my life.Or should I say,I hold on to them until the day I die.

Wait,I am already dead.(laughing)

I hope Juuka would give you this letter when you really need it the most.And I hope when you read this,is any state you are now,my words will cheer you up.Even if I don’t know if you are married with somenone else by the you got this letter.But ,no matter what.I want you to be happy.As happy as when I first took you for hanami last 2 yearsJ

Always remember that I am always with you.And I know you will find someone who can love you more than I do.And I know you will find your sister.NO matter what. And if you have found someone new to love,I hope that guy would love you back and take good care of you.And don’t worry,if ever let you down,I’ll hunt him every night .

I cant write too long now,Juuka would be mad I guess.Im sorry Juuka!

I love you Mika.I love us and I am sorry that I had to leave you alone.

Mika closed her eyes as she fold the paper and put in back in her pocket.She stood there,remembering all the memories she had with Kazuya.And she thought that if she could turn back time and run away from the present,she would.

THE NEXT DAY

Haruna : Mika.Wake up,wake up! Look outside!

Mika : I am sleepy Haruna..

Haruna :Look it is snowing!

Mika quickly turned to look outside of the windows.

Mika : It’s snowing!

Haruna : We can build a snowman!

Minami : Mika !!Harunaa!!!Breakfast is ready!!Come down now my daughters!

Haruna : Alright !

Haruna closed door and turned to Mika and stared at her.

Haruna : What am I gonna do about you…(sigh)

Mika : I don’t want to eat.

Haruna : Mikaaaa.Dont be like this,you have to eat.

Mika : I want to sleep and I don’t even know why I am this sleepy.

Haruna : Mika-san,come lets eat alright?You didn’t eat anything since yesterday.I am sure Okasan made her special miso soup!

Mika : now that you mention it.Alright,alright.Im up Im up!

Haruna  laughed so hard when Mika woke up suddenly after she mentioned miso soup.She knew Mika  really love them especially her mother’s.

KITCHEN

Minami  :Drink the soup while it is still hot!

Haruna : Thank god,today is my off day (sipping the miso soup)

Minami :SO you can take care of Mika while I go out to do some groceries alright.

Haruna : Mika?Are you done?(looking at Mika who suddenly stopped eating)

Mika : Im gonna get more soup(went to the kitchen)

Haruna : I told you she is hungry.

Minami : (laughed)

Haruna : Oka-san,buy takoyaki alright!Im sure that will cheer her up!

Minami : I’ll buy lots of them!(whispering)

Haruna :Good good!

AFTER BREAKFAST.....

Mika : Im gonna sleep all day now.

Haruna : Are you sure you are okay?

Mika : Im fine,everything is fine.Is that I am just sleepy.And it is already 10 but I just feel like sleeping.All day long.

Haruna know that Mika is having a very hard time and she knew she must go and meet Tsuzuku as soon as possible.

KABUKI PALACE

Ishia : What happened?

HIiro : Nothing nothing,Im just gonna get this and this and this and I’m gone!See you Ishia-san

IShia : Wait wait,where is Shinn and Mika?

Hiiro : I’ll tell you later alright!

Shouji : Something amiss here.Dont you think so?

SHouji : They should be back by tomorrow .
